Fundación EcoCiencia
Fundación EcoCiencia is a non-governmental organization whose mission is to conserve biological diversity through scientific research, recovery of traditional knowledge, and environmental education. The Foundation was created in 1989 and has six programmatic areas: Biodiversity Research and Monitoring; Environmental and Conservation Training Capacity; Natural Resources Management, Environmental Policies; and Information and Environmental Economy.

Fundación Antisana
Fundación Antisana is a non-governmental organization established in 1991 with the mission of contributing to the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources in the Antisana and Cayambe-Coca Ecological Reserves and Cotopaxi, Sumaco Napo-Galeras and Llanganates National Natural Parks. These areas comprise the region known as the Cóndor Bioreserve. The Fundación has promoted integrated management in the Bioreserve through the implementation of a sustainable use and conservation of ecological units model.

Fundación Ecológica Rumicocha (FER)
Fundación Ecológica Rumicocha is a non-profit organization that designs and executes actions that contribute to the conservation of the natural resources of Cayambe-Coca Ecological Reserve and to community development for the inhabitants of Valle del Quijos. This work is accomplished through the use of science and adequate technology and is based in knowledge, local capacities, and traditional understanding.  The Fundación also supports activities in Condor Bioreserve.
